The Law Office of Marc E. Mandel, LLC's construction litigation division is located in Towson, Maryland.  Our unique background enables us to provide our clients with innovative solutions to perplexing situations that typically arise during the construction process.  In addition to litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, we also offer construction scheduling services, claims preparation and analyses, business formation, transactional work, buy-sell and asset purchase agreements.

           Mr. Mandel possesses hands-on experience in the commercial construction arena.   He was a Project Manager for the Clark Construction Group on the BWI New International Terminal Project, an Assistant Superintendent for Turner Construction Company on the IRS National Headquarters Project, and also worked on other projects such as the MCI East Coast Data Center and Phases I and II as an inspector during the construction of the High Occupancy Vehicle Lanes.   During his tenure in the field, he obtained state certifications in asphalt, concrete and soils testing.  He has also held titles as Field Superintendent, Chief of Party, and Cost and Scheduling Engineer.  In compliment to his practical construction experience, Mr. Mandel holds both Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Civil Engineering and has contributed to the publication of articles in Construction Business Review and Construction Lawyer. 

           Mr. Mandel is a former Associate of the Construction Litigation Group of Seyfarth Shaw as well as a former Maryland Assistant State’s Attorney.  He has handled thousands of cases in court, including First Degree Murder jury trials, and is well versed and respected in the courtroom.  He is also a court appointed mediator.
